ProfitForce operates this website and is the controller of personal data collected here.

For the registered company name, seat address, and tax identifiers (such as tax ID), email kontakt@profitforce.cc. We will provide them on request and publish them here when confirmed.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you submit: name, email, company, role, tax regime, and current tools.
We receive those submissions by email to kontakt@profitforce.cc or through a form-delivery service we configure. There is no separate marketing-consent checkbox on the form; sending the request is the enquiry itself.
Our hosts and network layers may also process technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps in server logs.
Why we use it
We use demo and contact details to reply to you, schedule conversations, and follow up about ProfitForce.
We use technical logs to keep the site available, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data.

Demo and contact requests are processed so we can take steps at your request before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries about ProfitForce.

How long we keep it
Demo and contact records are kept while we handle your request and for as long as the business conversation remains active or reasonably likely to continue, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymised. We do not publish a fixed multi-year schedule here without an operational retention policy.
Who we share with
We may use service providers in these categories: website hosting and content delivery, email delivery, and form or webhook delivery for demo submissions. They act on our instructions and only for those purposes.
